This unique approach to building is the life-work of Kal Nemer and his two sons, Mark and David.

Back in 1969, Kal (who was a chemical engineer at the time) decided to build his own home – and shortly after helped a friend do the same. This experience helped him realize his love for building homes, and helping people achieve their dream of home ownership. It's on this foundation that Woodside was founded in 1970.
